1. Authentic Heritage & Official Portal

Khalifa Bakers is a traditional Pakistani heritage bakery operating since 1925 inside historic Mochi Gate, Walled City of Lahore. khalifbakers.store is our official direct-to-consumer online order portal, providing authentic fresh morning bakes delivered directly to homes across Pakistan.

2. Artisanal Baking, Availability & Pricing

All bakery products (including our signature Special Almond Nankhatai, crispy Cake Rusks, and Butter Baqarkhani) are handcrafted in daily artisanal batches using 100% pure desi ghee. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include fresh daily packaging. Due to high demand and strict morning oven schedules, daily batch quantities are limited and subject to availability.

3. Strict All-Sales-Final Policy (No Refund & No Replacement)

⚠️ Mandatory Food Safety & Non-Refundable Notice:

All bakery items are freshly baked, perishable food products prepared under strict hygiene standards. In accordance with food safety standards and operational policy, every order is strictly All Sales Final.
• No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds, store credits, or reversals under any circumstances once an order has been baked or dispatched.
• No Free Replacements: We do not provide free parcel replacements or exchanges once a parcel has been handed over to courier or local dispatch riders.
• No Change of Mind: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or rejected at the doorstep.

4. Payment Terms & Advance Clearance

We provide multiple secure payment channels for customer convenience:

Cash on Delivery (COD): For standard consumer orders across Lahore and nationwide courier routes. Exact order amounts must be handed directly to the delivery rider upon arrival.
Direct Bank Transfer & 1Link Raast: Direct electronic transfers to our official bank accounts (Meezan Bank / HBL / Raast).
Advance Payment Requirement: Custom bulk orders (10KG+), corporate gift tins, and Overseas Gifting orders require 100% advance bank payment clearance prior to oven batch baking.

5. Doorstep Delivery & Customer Availability

Lahore Express Dispatch: Delivered same-day via dedicated local motorcycle delivery riders dispatched fresh from our Mochi Gate ovens.
Nationwide Courier: Dispatched via air-cushioned sealed courier service across all major Pakistani cities (2 to 3 business days transit).
Customer Availability Obligation: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate street address and active WhatsApp contact phone. Delivery riders will make up to three contact attempts upon arrival. Failed deliveries due to incorrect contact details or customer unavailability remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Intellectual Property & Legal Jurisdiction

All trademarks, brand trade dress, recipe formulations, packaging designs, and product photography of Khalifa Bakers are protected by intellectual property laws. Commercial reproduction, unaccredited repackaging, or unauthorized commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or in connection with website orders shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
