Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Schedules & Transit Times

• Lahore Same-Day Express: Delivered within 1 to 2 hours via dedicated local motorcycle delivery riders (Operating Daily: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM).
• Nationwide Courier Delivery: Dispatched daily across 150+ cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, Quetta, etc.) via express air/road couriers. Delivery timeline is 2 to 3 business days.
• Dispatch Cutoff: Nationwide courier orders confirmed before 3:00 PM PKT are packed and handed over to courier hubs the same evening. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp/SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery Tiers

• Lahore Standard Delivery: Flat Rs. 400 per delivery run across all Lahore sectors.
• Free Delivery in Lahore: Automatically unlocked on orders of 5 kg or more (Lahore only).
• Nationwide Courier Shipping: Calculated at Rs. 500 per kg based on total parcel weight, inclusive of shockproof protective packing.

3. Accepted Payment Methods for Delivery

• Inside Lahore: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Bank Transfer / Raast are both accepted.
• Outside Lahore (Nationwide): Dispatch requires Advance Payment via Bank Transfer / Raast prior to courier booking. Cash on Delivery is not available for outstation courier consignments.

4. Packaging Integrity & Fragile Treats Notice

Authentic almond nankhatai, cakerusks, and flaky baqarkhani are delicate, crumbly treats made with pure desi ghee. Every parcel is sealed in food-grade tins and cushioned with industrial-grade protective packing. Minor surface crumbling during interstate courier movement is a natural characteristic of traditional dry baking and does not compromise flavor, hygiene, or quality.

In accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, food safety regulations prohibit returns, cash refunds, or free replacements once a parcel has been baked and dispatched.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy & Courier Receiving

Customers must provide a complete street address, nearest landmark, and an active WhatsApp contact number. Courier riders make up to two delivery attempts. In the event of customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, or refusal to receive, the parcel is held at the courier origin station without refund entitlement.
